1. For safety

By booking this tour, you acknowledge that the program you are participating in is an experience in the midst of nature under uncertain conditions, and that there may be dangers and unpredictable events. Unlike well-maintained amusement parks, you may encounter dangerous situations. For your safety, follow the safety precautions, instructions, and decisions given by the guide, and accompanying staff during the program.

2. About the daily natural conditions 

Depending on the daily weather and natural conditions, the course and content may be changed for safety reasons. In addition, even after the program has started, the guide may change the course or cancel the program midway due to a sudden change in weather.

3. Physical precautions

If you have any physical precautions for participating in each program, such as allergies, chronic illnesses, physical disabilities, or a history of being stung by a bee, please be sure to advise us before departure, so that we can respond appropriately in the event of an emergency.

4. Use of Medical Facilities

By booking this tour, you agree to the transportation, treatment, and emergency response to a medical institution selected by a local administration in case of an accident.
